Help us care for our beautiful garden

We are looking for volunteers to undertake some gardening jobs in the peaceful and wildlife friendly surroundings of Westbury Arts Centre.

This is an opportunity to be active in the fresh air as part of a small friendly team who meet Wednesday afternoons for 2-3 hours.

We are looking for extra help with straightforward tasks including weeding, planting, watering, pruning and tidying. Some basic gardening experience would be useful.

We are also looking for help with some one-off projects at certain times of the year. These include hedge cutting, strimming, mowing and maintaining machinery and tools. If you have experience with machinery and think you could help, please do get in touch.

Westbury Arts Centre is a 16th century farmhouse situated in 4 acres of informal gardens surrounded by an historic 1000 year old moat. Our gardens are visited when we host events, and are managed for visitors, artists and wildlife alike.

You can park free of charge in a nearby car park, (off Merlewood Drive). For information on how to get to Westbury, please visit our page click here

Sign up as a Volunteer, using the form below, and tell us a little about yourself and what you could bring to Westbury.
