About the Event
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
The sound healing and art expression workshop aims to provide participants with a holistic approach to self-expression, healing and personal growth. Through the integration of sound techniques and artistic expression, this workshop seeks to empower individuals to tap into their creativity, release emotional blockages, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and their surroundings.
Objectives ;
1. Explore the benefits of sound vibrations and their effects on the mind body and spirit.
2. Cultivate self-awareness and emotional expression through various art forms, including painting, drawing and mixed media.
3. develop skills for using art as a tool for processing emotions, fostering inner harmony, and promoting overall well-being.
4. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for personal exploration and creative experimentation.
Methods:
Guided meditation, participants will engage in guided meditation sessions to quiet the mind relax the body, and open to the healing power of sound.
Sound bath experiences will be offered singing bowls, chimes and other rhythmic instruments to induce deep relaxation and promote energetic balance.
Expressive art activities using mixed media selection.
Group sharing and reflection. Group discussion and provide opportunities for participants to share their experiences, insights and artistic creations in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment
Overall, this workshop offers a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing and creative expression, inviting participants to embrace their unique inner voices and embody their fullest potential.
WHO IS THIS SESSION SUITABLE FOR?:
This workshop is suitable for individuals who are seeking holistic approaches to self-care, personal growth, and emotional well-being. This workshop is ideal for those experiencing stress, anxiety or emotional imbalances and looking for effective techniques to promote relaxation and harmony.
This workshop will appeal to beginner or experienced artists, and creatives and individuals on a journey of self-discovery and personnel development cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves through creative exploration.

ABOUT THE TUTOR:
This workshop is led by Gayle Dallas who has a deep passion for holistic healing and a background as an amateur artist.
Gayles journey into the healing world began in after she delved into energy healing and meditation around 2016, however, at the end of 2018 Gayle’s journey took a twist after a stroke, which sparked a newfound enthusiasm for healing and creativity this bolstered her confidence, leading to further training in sound healing with the College of Sound Healing, currently Gayle is expanding her knowledge by studying colours and crystals with her tutors at the college of sound healing.

COST:
This is a donation-based event with a suggested donation of £37.00, each ticket sale will generate a£7.00 donation to Chiltern Music Therapy, optional, Pay what you can afford over the donation amount.
MATERIALS PROVIDED:
We will provide brushes, acrylic paint, paper, pencils and charcoal.
We will provide refreshments, water, tea coffee and snacks .
WHAT MATERIALS TO BRING:
Please feel free to bring any of your art materials, favorite brush, or a palette of colour.
