ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:

Join Gayle, an amateur artist and holistic enthusiast walking the yogic path, as she continues her journey of discovery through the chakra system. A student of the College of Sound Healing and the Somananda Tantra School, Gayle weaves together her passion for art, sound, and energy work to create a deeply immersive experience.

In this workshop, we will explore the water element and Svadhisthana, the Sanskrit name for the Sacral Chakra. Through discussion and reflection, we will examine how this flowing, creative energy influences our emotions, relationships, and daily lives.

Gayle will guide us through a transformative soundscape using Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, along with other magical instruments, to tap into the subconscious mind and awaken the senses.
