About Westbury Bee Group

The Westbury Bee Group is dedicated to promoting the importance of honeybees to the ecosystem through various educational events. They run beekeeping courses, an annual Bee Festival, apiary tours for adults and children, and talks to all ages on bees and beekeeping. The group is based at the Westbury Arts Centre, where they have an apiary of 30 hives and a wildflower meadow. They also offer apiary tours, where participants can learn about the life of a honey bee and the daily activities of beekeeping. The group is committed to educating the public about the role of honeybees in the environment and the benefits of beekeeping.
