COURSE/WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Slow down, get creative, and discover the calming practice of mandala dot painting. Starting with a simple introduction to mandalas and mindfulness, you'll be guided through the techniques used to create beautiful patterns one dot at a time. As colours, shapes and designs begin to emerge, the process can become wonderfully absorbing, offering a chance to step away from everyday busyness and focus on the present moment. You'll have plenty of time to experiment with colour, pattern and dot-painting tools before creating your own unique mandala pebble to take home. This gentle, beginner-friendly workshop is open to everyone. No artistic experience is needed; simply come along, enjoy the process, and see where your creativity takes you.
