ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

Watercolour  is a wonderful medium to paint and create this delightful snowy dales scene.

Nicky strives to help you improve your skills and  artwork in general as you overcome challenges with watercolour and build your confidence whilst creating artworks of inspiring subjects.

Specific Skills Students Will Learn:

●      Paint the serenity of a snowy dales scene in loose and expressive watercolour style, striving to achieve subtleties in whites to capture the crispness and coolness of the snow as well as warm atmospherics and a sense of distance in the painting. 

●      Understand how to interpret and simplify photos and add a sprinkling of imagination  to create effective compositions and paintings that sing from the page.
