ABOUT THE TUTOR:

Nicky Ward is the owner & founder of A heart shaped cherry - a contemporary crochet brand using recycled yarns to design patterns & kits, and to hand make gifts, homewares & accessories. Nicky recently featured in Simply Crochet magazine and am also an Ambassador for Craftember (an initiative to get people crafting to improve mental health). Nicky has a background in graphic design and have always been compelled to craft;  taught to crochet (& knit) by her grandmother when she was young, and found a new purpose for her hobby when she discovered recycled yarns, in particular T-shirt yarn - Nicky started by making her own.

Nicky regularly teaches crochet workshops and lessons across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Northamptonshire.
