Volunteer Head Gardener

We’re looking for a warm, knowledgeable Head Gardener to lead our volunteer team, nurture sustainable and wildlife‑friendly gardens, support artistic use of outdoor spaces, manage seasonal maintenance, ensure safe working practices, and help shape a welcoming, creative environment at our historic Westbury Arts Centre.
