ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
We will use a bright yet limited colour palate and explore transparency and a dynamic direct brushwork combined with soft edges using limited layers to give our artworks vive and vibrancy.
Through demos and one to one guidance and support Nicky will show the stages of a painting using traditional watercolour techniques in a contemporary way to create fresh artworks and helps you to do the same whilst progressing your painting skills.
You can transfer the tips and knowledge Nicky offers to many other subject matters in watercolour and other mediums particularly what you learn about tone,colour, composition and creating artworks that sing from the page
