This workshop encourages participants to explore their creativity through colour, unlocking new opportunities for self-expression and personal reflection. It aims to build confidence in using colour, allowing participants to experiment without fear of mistakes.
The environment promotes relaxation and mindfulness, using colour as a form of stress relief and mindful engagement. Participants are encouraged to embrace playfulness, letting go of perfectionism and enjoying the process.
The workshop also fosters a sense of community, where participants can connect, share, and inspire one another. It enhances emotional awareness by helping participants recognize how different colours affect their emotions, empowering them to apply this understanding in future creative work.
