ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced felt makers
Learn some of the techniques of the ancient art of wet felt making, including how to make and embellish flat felt as well as making 3D felt around a resist. Choose whether to make a cover for a book or kindle, or a small bag for a phone. The techniques can later to be used on wide range of other projects, such as making bowls, vessels, hats and scarves.
ABOUT THE TUTOR:
Hilly Edwards has been running felt making workshops for over ten years and am a member of the International Felt Makers Association.
