ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
Join Gayle for two hours of tranquility in the beautiful drawing room at Westbury Arts Centre on Sunday 27th of September, 4pm till 6pm . Gayle with began the session with the ancient yogic method of Nidra yoga to relax and harmonise your being , before beginning the sound bath.
The vibrations of the various sounds create inner peace and harmony giving you the opportunity to feel calm and more focused. Afterwards we will conclude the session with a tantric technique to circulate spiritual energy and create balance in your being, concluding with final sharing and thoughts .
